    S&W 19-2 snubby heads up

    Imbert & Smithers has what I believe to be a 2.5" round butted 19-2 for sale at $425 there was also a 3.5" pre 27 but thats another story thats still in play.

    Dangit Kurac...you are not helping my "discretionary" budget any .....

    Tell tell...did you get the pre-27???!? Is it original finish?

      The pre 27 was on hold for someone, the problem is that they thought it was a model 28, Alex complained he didn't have time to research it because there was a bunch of things going since there was no model number he assumed it was a 4" 28. The thing was nice, original finish but some thinning due to holster wear, diamond target grips. I asked them to show it to me even though they had it in the back, are you ready for the kicker, $450 I told them they might want to re-consider in all fairness to the seller who is a regular customer. I think the revised price will be closer to $900 and that is still a deal.

        Wow... I didn't think anything of worth in the Wesson realm slipped past those guys. I paid that much at that very counter for a friggin' 10-5 snubbie a couple year's ago. An M&P for crying out loud!

        But I still bought it 'cause it was the only one I'd seen in years.

        I love that store -- never know what you're going to find there.
