how does sse work if i purchase a pistol from gun broker that is out of state
will the ffl out of state have problem shipping it to my ffl who will do the sse
in california

No problems, but it depends on the selling dealer. It seems that a lot of out of state dealers do not like to ship to California or they charge extra for it. I have ordered 2 gen4 Glocks one from Colorado and one from Washington state and had them shipped to Tracy Rifle and Pistol. I had no problem. If they come with standard capacity mags you will not get them at most dealers, so pay extra and have dealer disassemble mags and ship directly to you.
