advantage arms .22 conversion for glock19

so i bought the aa conversion for my g19 and i dunno for some reason im not feeling it. I havent shot it yet but i test fit the slide on and it makes me feel like the guns cheap. The weight of the new slide is so light compared to the stock one i was not expecting that much of a difference. I recently bought a kimber and im going to dros a mossberg in about 30 mins so now im debating if i want to sell the new conversion locally or should i keep it and give it a try? the money could be used for some night sights and mags for my kimber and a collapsable stock for the mossy. Input anyone?

The AA kits work well and give you an affordable alternative for trigger time w/ your Glock. I'd keep it. I only sold mine because I bought the G17 model, and my G17 and G34 are game guns w/ 3.5 connectors. I would like to buy an AACK for my G19 some day....

Keep it. Kit's a wiser investment than a collapsible shottie buttstock, IMHO.

I never did see the point in spending 250ish on a conversion kit that doesn't really feel right. For 250 I could get about a ~1500 rds of 9mm at Wally and get practice along with the recoil.

With that said tho, I will offer you a 100 snakes to take that AA off your hands.

I've got an AA LE kit for my Glock 17 and 34. I'm still getting used to the Glock trigger, so I use the kit to get trigger time.

The conversion is very light, especially when compared to the 34. It actually makes it harder to maintain a good sight picture because my muscle memory wants a little more resistance.

I like to start range sessions with a .22, so I have conversions for my 1911's and Glocks. I always start out with at least 50 rounds of .22, usually 100. I somehow accumulated 7 AA mags for the kit. 2 older ones and 5 newer ones. I just load them up and blast away.

            Keep your kit.
