    Handgun Importer

    I've recently been approached by a person who is interested in selling us a large lot of surplus handguns. Does anyone here have information on how to become a licensed importer of handguns, and how to get them rostered?

    The firearm in quesiton is the Walther P1.

    (this has nothing to do with Don's guns that I mentioned in other posts... this is a different deal entirely)

      Call BATFE. You'll need another FFL, register with the US Dept of State, and submit a Form 6.

      Of course, the guy will have probably have them all sold long before then. As to the CA roster, I have no idea.
