No, I don't think you will be able to make much on it at all. I'd say around $800 tops is what these are selling for here in CA. The only way it'd be worth it for you was if you really wanted the gun for yourself. I've seen them for much less in other states. If he is in Florida, you might be better off lending him the money to get back the P239 and then have him simply sell it and pay you back.
