I have a guy I did work who can't finish paying me. He has a unregistered member he got from a friend that he has offered as payment. Can I except this pistol and how do I transfer it. Any help on this would be great. The pistol is not on California's roster either

if he "got it from a friend" and didn't go through an FFL, Id steer clear. If its legally his to sell then meet at your friendly FFL, do the DROS dance, pay your $35 and wait the 10 days to pick it up.
