OP also wondered the same thing..you would think since its on the roaster you would run into them at LGS, but whats the deal? Am too intrested in hearing from members that might insight, I know there around but my pockets are not willing to pay more than retail. Or do I have too?

From what I've read, the Experts have been out of production for a few years now. In order to find a new one, you'd have to find an LGS with new Old stock. Over the past 6 months, I've seen a handful in classifieds for about $1200-1400.

these actually come out here at the calguns classified quite often usually in the $1100-1300 range.

I am looking for one in 9mm caliber. I have spotted a few in .45 ACP but not in 9mm.

Just picked up an elite and expert for $2,200 total. Ppt. They are around just keep your eyes open.

I remember both the Experts and Elites? were on clearance at CDNN for <$950 apiece new a few years ago. Too bad they don't sell handguns to Californians.
