Really, I just watched one of his videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1MSi4jjgNwU and he has his finger on the trigger pointing it at his partner both times. First weapon draw and also the second weapon draw. This was the fist thing I noticed.

I think the OP would do better at their local range getting basic training. I have never seen a firearms trainer point a weapon at another person during a demonstration.

I would highly recommend Jon Rains. Great guy and does great training at reasonable prices. His training is done at the Fresno County Peace Officer's Range where you can move and shoot and practice drawing and shooting from your holster unlike any other range. His new shop should be opening in Mid July (Full Spectrum Firearms), but if you pm me, I will give you his cell number.

Simi-Surfer has been through Front Sight, so he's used to flat paper targets arranged in a row. In the real world the range is 360 degrees, and your opponent won't be standing straight in front of you. Louis does not teach to the lowest common denominator.
Wow, thanks for the clarification, didn't see that warning or statement that he was using props on the video. All the training that I have been in, including Front Sight, they always use an orange/red plastic gun.
