    One open carry question?

    Say you are open carrying and you have your shirt untucked and above your holster. Some how it drops down below your holster, are you now concealed carrying because the whole firearm is not in view? (I am not a big fan of tucking in, and thinking about trying OC)

          Partial concealment equals concealment equals 12025 violation. There is case law for this, but I don't remember the name. Try a search. It's been discussed repeatedly in these forums.
