    Beware the Inforce APL

You risk wasting money if you buy this light. I have the WML which is awesome, so I thought the APL would be cool too (not so much). It flies off of my pistol every time, within 2-3 shots!

I contacted Inforce (warranty department) the sent an automated email saying they would get back to me in three business days (not so much) It has been weeks.

Thank you Inforce for NOT standing behind your product. What good is a lifetime warranty if they won't even correspond with you? I feel cheated out of $120.

    End rant!

This is the first time I have heard this complaint with the APL.

Was a thread locker used (like loc-tite?)

I picked one up a month ago through Amazon, did not work out if the box. Tried new batteries, nothing.

I called Inforce and they shipped a new one out, no questions asked. The new one works fine. I like the beam and controls. It's mounted on an XD45, but not enough rounds to comment on reliability in service.

So far I'll give their customer arrive a 9/10 and their quality inspector a 1/10. No rank for the light itself yet.

looks like you need to give them a call instead of an email

Walther ppq (9mm). No loctite because it is a quick release mount.

It would be an awesome light if it stayed in place, and I know it's prob just a funky model.

Just tried the online warranty claim, and did my research, and they are reported to have awesome CS. That is another reason I'm scratching my head!!!

Bravo concealment on the other hand responded and changed my order within hours of me submitting a "contact us" note from their website.

I usually can't call at the right time so I thought it would be less of a headache (for both of us) to deal with them online.

I will try giving a call tomorrow morning, and let you guys know what they say.

It really is a cool design, I really wanted it to work out. And hopefully it still does!

Have you switched over the key to the 1913 one? IIRC it comes with the glock one out of the box.

Mine came with the 1913 installed. I read it came with the smaller bar, so that was the first thing I checked. I also tried both bars. Same effect.
