    M&P .40 ???

Like an idiot I paid for it in full 3 months ago with no ETA. Unfortunately I am not able to get my money back. Has anyone heard anything about an ETA for them? At least I have my new Gen 3 G23 until I get the M&P

I got my M&P40 Pro L within 2 weeks of placing a stock notification at grabagun.com.

Where are you located? Turner's just had the M&P40 F/S on sale for $519 a few weeks ago, and another LE/Mil only LGS had them in-stock with night sights and 3 mags for $489.

It's not like you ordered some kind of custom gun...you should be able to get your money back on the pistol. Three months is too long for an M&P40, IMHO. Good luck however it goes.

I'm located in Valencia. Since they didn't have it in stock it was considered a special order. I should have done some shopping around first. Thanks for the info!

Have you asked for your money back yet? They can cancel whatever order they have with their distributor. They haven't met their end of the bargain. How long are you expected to wait? Four months? Five months? Six months?

Again, this is not a special ordered Les Baer or SA 1911 or something that was put in the order process and now can't be undone. It's a run-of-the-mill S&W. I would ask them (nicely at first): since it's been three months...and other shops are getting M&P's in-stock...could you please get a full refund? The shop is out NO MONEY whatsoever, has suffered no damages, and has no claim to any of your money at this point.

Sorry for the mini-rant...it burns me up when shops think that they can hold on to your deposit just because they put "non-refundable" on the receipt. Sorry, LGS...there's no such thing as a non-refundable deposit when you're out no money!

Again, good luck however it goes!

If you used your CC you may (may) be able to cancel the charge through them.

I have asked a few times because I saw brand new in the box on gunbroker.com and a few other sites and I keep getting the "we're trying to get them" and "we will see about getting one from the site" It's just a bummer because that's $600 of my hard earned money. Finding out that other shops are getting them makes it that much worse!

Seriously, what vendor is this? I would be sure to avoid them. I picked one up at Riflegear 2 months ago.

3 months isn't bad. You'll probably be hearing from them soon.

Can't be worst than my friend who paid in full for a Ruger SR9 back in late January from Turner's, and he's still waiting on it with no ETA whatsoever.

Everytime I call to check there's still no ETA. I feel your friends pain, except he's endured it two months longer than I have

Yep, same thing dude. Good luck. It sucks even more because you can't get your money back...

It was actually kind of funny. I did the email notification thing with them to let me know when they got some in. I went to the range the next day and rented one. The guys at the range said they had some on order and to check back with them throughout the week. By time I got home, I had an email from Riflegear letting me know they had some in. Drove right down there and started my DROS.
