    Sig 2022 question

    Hello;

    I bought two MecGard 15 rds mags for my Sigpro 2022, the mag springs seems to be softer than the original Sig mag and I can load the 15 rds easily while the factory mags are more hard to load. Yesterday shooting with one of the MecGard mags the pistol got out of battery every single round with the slide all the way back and I needed to be pressing the slide release every single time, that din't happen with the factory mags. I'm thinking if the MecGars mags that feel also a bit loose in the handgun has a softer spring and the slide fail to see the round. Do you have any experience whit this kind of problem? Should I need to replace the mags springs for stronger ones? Do you know any mags springs available for the Sig 2022 model that I can replace in the MecGard ones?

    Thak you very much

      I was having the same problem with one this past weekend with factory 10 round mags and using reloads. Slide would lock back every 4 rounds or so...
