    M&P Shield

Picked up my "non-neutered" Smith & Wesson M&P Shield in 9mm (SKU 180021) yesterday. Thanks to Rifle Gear and OC Armory who did the SSE exemption. This is one nice pistol and should make a superb carry piece. Seems like it's just the right size and weight and is of a major caliber unlike the little .380 that's been a regular in my pocket for the last couple years. Will be renewing my LTC in December and the Shield will be added on at that time.

I assume you obtained your CCW somewhere in central California as its nearly impossible down here?

I have been looking at the Shields as a carry gun when I leave the state

He probably bought it from RifleGear and had it sent to OC Armory to do the SSE. I know RifleGear has the Shield on their website.

You got your CCW in central CA. Do you renew your CCW in Orange County or with the original issuing agency?

It's perfect as a back up gun!
