So if the firearm is on both of our CCW's then I can legally have possession on say Monday and she can legally have on another day? Or I can have it with me all day she can carry it in the evening out shopping?

She can only loan it to you 5 times per calendar year up to 30 days each time.

Each time you take possession of it and take it out of her presence, it is considered to be a separate loan.

I find it interesting that that concept doesn't seem to apply to RAWs, even to RAW handguns, where you can have co-registration of the firearm as a RAW.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Wonder if the family trust scam would work like with machine guns (in other states)
