Should I replace this guide rod?

I was given a Ruger P90 about five years ago by my grandfather's late friend... I shot it occasionally, but round count is completely unknown. I started shooting it lately and the single action trigger is slightly gritty and I have been having some accuracy problems with the gun (until further notice I will assume it's me an not the gun) ... Well tonight I am giving it a complete strip detail. So far everything looks good, but the guide rod has some visible, and palpable wear grooves on it... The gun shoots reliable, but don't know if if the guide rod needs replacing. I did order a new spring kit just as a precaution. What do you guys think?

EDIT: This is the guide rod with the nubbin on the tip... if anyone has a link?

    Looks useable to me.

EDIT: I was looking at this on my ipod when i first replied, now that im home and on my comp. the galling looks a little worse...but it still looks usable to me.

The guide rods are aluminum and the slide is steel so it should be showing some wear with use, if it bothers you though i'd try contacting ruger. It appears the tipped guide rods are now discontinued.
