    Another satified Crimson Trace customer

I bought a new Crimson Trace LG-105 from a local shop. When I went to install it I found the horizontal adjustment screw was completly missing. I won't blame CT for the missing screw because of where it was sold from.

However, I will give Crimson Trace high marks for excellent customer service. When I was satified what the issue was I gave CT a call as soon as they were in. The lady on the phone did all the right things for me They were:
    - Listend to my description of the problem.
    - Understood the description and how to resolve the issue.
    - Sent me a new CT LG-105. It arrived two days later.
    - CT paid for the return shipping as well.
    - Included other lit and dvd i had asked for in the same box rather than shipping two packages.

Total time on the phone to make this all happen was less than 10 minutes.
The new LG-10 shipped to me was perfect!

Crimson Trace might be a little more expensive,,, but they sure support their customer base well. This is an amazing fact given my purchase was less than $200.

Hell my $1000+ vehicle expenditures have resulted in less than optimum service and required a follow ups. My $20,000+ car purchases required more haggling. My $70,000+ contractor work required more post work communication and follow up visits to complete the agreed upon items in the list.

    +1 to Crimson Trace!

I've spoken to them on the phone before about a used P226 grip I've come to own. There is something wrong with the button - it just doesn't have that positive "feel" or spring in it.

I called up CT and they said to send it in. They're recondition it, fix the button, and send it back with a manual, CD, and adjustment screw.

Stand-up guys. I'm just waiting for it to come back.
