    Congrats on a nice piece.

I do agree about the Spiderman grips, but I also agree with how comfortable they feel. I got to shoot this gun and a P30. They felt great! First time I saw this gun, the first thing I thought of was indeed Spiderman, and the Black Widow bike made by Orange County Choppers. I love the feel of these grips but do wish they had designed it just a bit differently instead of weblike. Makes it look toylike. Maybe the designer loves Spiderman and just saw the movie and was inspired or something. Anyhow, it's a great gun and would love to own one if they were only legal in CA and reasonably priced below $1K that is. I love my P2000 which is definitely an upgrade of the USP, and I can use USP mags which are dirt cheap. Too bad the P30 mag is not interchangable. But there is no other difference b/ the P2K and P30 except for the Spidey grips which I don't like anyway. So no P30 for me, but HK45 especially the compact version with P2K grips I would love to have one. Give us a range report when you take her out. I had fun shooting this gun!

Trust me, after a few reloading exercises where it is mandatory your let you magazine drop on the ground it gets easier. I do feel bad for the new P7 M10/M13 owners. If I have to buy one at today's outrageous "collector" price for firearms what could barely sell at MSRP I will be hesistant to shoot it.

The moral of the story to any HK firearm is that if you like one that is in current production better buy one now and start shooting before it gets discontinued and "collectors" start getting their hands on them.

Everyone should have a P7M8 - it is my favorite gun I own. I like to shoot that and high-end 1911's the best.
