Saw a few at my LGS yesterday all priced under $200 they look cool anybody own one plus what caliber gets to be a handful when fired? 9MM or 38 special okay?

Ive fired a 22lr derringer and i really didn't like it so i didn't fire the 38special. they were small but kinda chunky at the same time, and when it comes to cocking and pulling the trigger. They did look cool though, but i would get a NAA mini revolver in 22mag more rounds. $.02

I own a Cobra in .38 Special and its really cool to look at and show off, but shooting it isn't exactly what I would consider fun.

I reload maybe a light cast bullet around 125 grains and a little Bullseye powder? I'm thinking tacklebox or pocket gun when hiking I still have some of the Speer shotshells in 38 Special?
I should of looked maybe they had a 22 mag in one.

The .38 smacks your palm pretty good so you know something happened.
Definitely a belly gun. : ))
Heavy trigger for safety reasons, pull it near the bottom for easiest use.
Good carry gun for snakeshot, the .38 shot cartridge holds a lot more shot than the .22 sized ones.

The Mini-Revolvers are much better for longer range shooting.
They are fairly accurate if you have a good grip on them.
I prefer the bigger grip on the Magnum sized frame version for this reason.
