    380 or 380 tip barrle

My brother just gave me our grandfathers berreta tip barrel 8 shot 380.I dont think it has ever been fired.I know this because I drove him to go buy it and I'm the only one that would take him to the range.I already own a like modle but without the tip barrel. As safe space is getting short wich should I keep? Those little tip up Berettas are pretty small, I'd say keep both. It can't hog THAT much safe space.
Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in an empty pile of brass.

If you have to make a choice, get a bigger safe! Otherwise, is this the only gun of your grandpa's that you have? If it is, then the choice is easy. If you have several others that were near and dear to his heart and this was just something he bought and never used, then it MIGHT be OK to part with it. I think, if you get rid of either, you will regret it later. Of course, if you're local and the price is right, you should sell both of them to me and I'll figure a way to fit them in my safe.

Oh! Nice! I wish I had a grandpa to give me a gun. Come to think of it my grandpas all passed away before I was born. You're very lucky! Wanna trade for something you don't have?

I have other Grandpa guns 30-06 savage,22 marlin,S&W .38 revolver and stevens bolt/auto 22.This would have been mine too it was placed in the wrong box between my brother and me(he is scared of guns). My grandfather bought it after he swa mine and the tip barrel sold him because he was losing strength in his hands.I was just curious if one was better than the other I just dont have the space to be repetive if one is going to go it will most likely wont be grandpa's.

Keep the solid frame and sell the tip barrel to someone like me... I swear I'd sell it back the instant you regretted it.

I'm very sentimental that way (emphasis on the mental).

I've always wanted the tip up mod 86. I'd maybe keep both but of the two the 86 is the one to keep. I also really want the .22lr version that looks like the mod 85, I think the mod 87?

My Grandpa (well not my real grandpa, step grandpa I guess) was really into target pistol shooting and was part of a club, had his own reloading station, a ton of pistols, etc. But when he died my Uncle sold them all off to help pay for expenses. I was only 6 at the time but I wish so badly that they could have kept all that stuff.
