Seriously...it's been a gun a week for a month now.
Just couldn't pass this up as it has been pretty high up on my list of wants for a while.
Sig P226 railed, lightly used with 3 15 round mags. Guy I bought it from had planned on using it for competition, put 100 rounds through it and couldn't get used to DA/SA trigger configuration, so he sold it to finance a Springfield XDm competition. I feel like I got a hell of a deal, he showed me his original receipt for everything from a few months ago...over $950 after tax
He sold it to me for $750.
I have to say that this is a beautiful gun. I am excited to go shoot it on Thursday. Just trying the trigger with snap caps I am extremely impressed. Sig claims a 10# pull in double action but there is no way...I have felt 10# triggers on revolvers and this feels closer to 6 to me. The only thing that I can say I don't like so much is the fact that the trigger reset is so far back from where it breaks...anything I can do about that? Other than that the gun is perfect.
