    Sig P238

So the mythical Sig P238 CA compliant version is finally available for purchase. It is no longer a myth lol! Because my lgs has em... The CA version has a NOTICEABLY LARGE "loaded when up" along with an arrow pointed at the loaded indicator. Would this be enough to deter you from buying this pistol? The writing is huge, ugly and placed there as if us Californians are stupid. what are your thoughts?

            Manly is as manly does

I learned to swallow my pride and pack my LC9 without whining too much. For crying out loud it is concealed when I'm packing it. The target on the receiving end of the deal isn't going to be too concerned about what is written on the top of the gun.

Sigs are great machines that spit a ton of lead without a hick-up. Would I kick one out of the beside because it had an arrow and some print on top of the slide? Hell no.

California isn't ever going back to the way we were and if we have to get a little reading along with our fire-power then so be it. It is better than no fire-power at all which is what the powers that be really would like to see.

I say " loaded when up" read it and weep and then holster the gun and go about the business of protecting you and yours.

which shop did you go through? wild bills had them in stock when I was looking... but I refused to pay their $100 mark up and SSE fee. which would of been well over $900 for a $680 gun. no thanks!
