CZ Polycoat issue

Its only cosmetic, but I notice some of their guns have rough spots within the serrations. Like small bubbles or something.Is it a result of rushing some models? I don't expect custom detail, but ... things should be a little cleaner.

What's under the slide? I can't see that w/o field stripping. I blame Ca for this. If I was just able to take it home as soon as I paid for it, I wouldn't have time to think about small details


Have you noticed the bubbles?

Yeah all four of my CZ's have those air bubbles on or near the slide serrations. Under the slide you'll more than likely find tooling marks and unfinishing. Doesn't bother me though.

Let's just say CZ quality leaves a bit to be desired. Hopefully CZ custom will send me back something that lives up to all this hype.

I just picked mine up TODAY.....and to my surprise, both the inside of the frame and slide had a uniform finish......this must be some kind of defect, because CZ's are not supposed to look good on the inside.

Yeah the poly coat is thick and not designed to look great but protect the metal. CZ's poly coat is a very tough and durable finish. Its a combloc combat pistol and should be compared to the finish of an AK
