Reg Sig P229 9mms off roster??

I was just checking the roster the other day and I noticed only one Sig P229R (9mm) on the roster - the Enhanced Elite version. That means no more regular non-fugly P229s???? Man, why did Sig let them go off-roster? This probably means new P229s with the ugly LCI and MDS...

Just to expound on this, Sig has let quite a few guns expire, including one I had just made a deal for with an out of state dealer. Cancel that now.

No more 225's, 228's, regular 220's and 226's, etc. No more guns from the good days of Sig.

Oh well. This was inevitable. The manufacturers aren't going to pay to keep every gun they make, or used to make, on the list.

I love SIGs with no rails and I am a proud owner of one. Sad to see non-railed SIGs are not safe here in California...

Ugh, that leaves the ugly CA-Compliant Sigs - LCI and MDS. I'm glad I got my P229 last year (my first 9mm!), but bummed I couldn't pick up a regular P226 in time (oh well, time to scour the marketplace!)
