Does anyone know about the legalities surrounding AR Pistols? I have been researching it lately, and it seems you can legally do it in CA as long as you follow certain rules. I was hoping someone on here might have experience in doing a build like this the RIGHT & LEGAL way and can guide me...thanks.

I watched a video about it having to start as a single shot? What is that all about? How do I do that? I have an 80% lower I already have preordered.
