Anyone had any work done to their glocks by glockworx or similar companies? I want to have the finger grooves removed and the trigger guard undercut, but I would like some input on it first, and if possible I'd like to see one in person and see how it feels. Let me know if you have any experience with this, or if you have a gun with these mods in the Sacramento or Roseville areas.

glockworx grip work

I sent in my Glock 17 last Tuesday. I am getting a bunch of work done to it including grip work (Reduced Angle Backstrap, Reduced Girth of Grip, Double Undercut Trigger Guard, Silicone Carbide Grip, Remove Finger Grooves, Thumb texturing). I have heard a lot of good things and I'll post pictures and a report about the quality of work after I receive my glock back, but that will be around the end of May I hope I get it sooner... the anxiety is killing meAnyone had any work done to their glocks by glockworx or similar companies? I picked up my g35 from glockworx yesterday and I love it. Craigy did a grip reduction, taking the backstrap down and removing the finger grooves, as well as double undercutting the trigger guard and I had him stipple the grip but didnt do the silicone carbide grip. I also got the adjustable fulcrum trigger with all the bells and whistles and new front and rear sights.
Pics a little later tonight.

My bad. SportsCenter got me and I just crashed out on the couch.

Wow, looks like great work. How aggressive is the stippling? And how much is the backstrap reduced? I just worry about having it done and hating itLast edited by SixPointEight; 04-24-2013, 8:45 PM.Comment

Here's my Glockworx G20SF (FG removal, 360 Standard Stippling, Double Undercut Trigger Guard, Sevigny Competition Sights). I now wish that none of my Glocks have finger grooves, and the double undercut trigger guard is money. The stippling is aggressive, but doesn't tear your hands up. It feels perfect to me, but if you find it too abrasive, you can take some fine sandpaper & knock down the rough spots.
