AR pistol build

I know this has probably been asked many times. I did a search and have read the flowcharts. If there is information that would be useful please help me.

Now that i have bought an 80% AR lower, I want to build a pistol, what must I do to remain legal?

I just purchased a Juggernaut lower, I know I'll need a pistol buffer tube, but what else?

Again the purpose for asking is to remain legal.

There are a few things off the top of my head

Don't build it into a rifle and back into a pistol
Build it as a single shot with no gas tube and a bobsled, document and then convert it.

Also note that if your intent is to keep and not sell, you don't need to mark it, but markings are nice incase someones decides they want it more than you do when your not home. That can be achieved any way, but you can ship an 80% to someone like Greg Leland at Sure Shot prior to machining it.
