    S&W M&P 45 range report

I only had time to put 70 rounds through her. All in all I'm very happy with the way this gun shot. Out of the box for a lefty, the sights are very good. 7yd. and 10yd. groups for a very rusty shooter with a bonehead in the next stall shooting his 12ga. slug gun gave me a few flyers. Recoil felt a bit different, this is my first plastic gun, not invasive or more prevalent, just different. I think it was a well spent $450 after rebate extra mags and Trijicon's. More to come later, back to work..........Oppps, ZERO malfunctions. 20 rounds of Win. white box and 50 rounds of clean range reloads.

Congrats! I used to have the full size 45 ACP model. The ergos on that gun are phenomenal.

I love my MP45, with 2 hands I shoot pretty accurate 3 " at 10 yards, but with one hand I shot 8 " group at 10 yards. I shot better with my Kimber Raptor, 1 hand at 10 yards made 3 " group. I think because the trigger on MP45 is much heavier than 1911s.
