Kimber Order

I put in an order for a Kimber TLE/RL just about a week ago and it feels like it's been six months...

Has anyone else put an order in with them in the last few months? If so, what was the wait time. The dealer at Turners told me to call for an update in three months. Not sure if he being facetious or not..

There was a similar thread about this not too long ago. If I am not mistaken, that was the estimate the OP was given too. Are you set on the tle/rl? It's a fine piece!

Depends on the retailer I think. Kimber is in Yonkers though which was hit by Sandy so maybe that is Affecting supply?

Great Choice! I love my TLE, glad I bought mine roughly a year ago. 2000 rounds down the pipe, bone stock. 2500+ Total Rounds through her, no issues. I strictly run Tripp Research Cobra Magazines 8 rounders.

I am in the midst of saving up for my next 1911, they are so fun and addictive!
