Pearce Grip extensions for Glock 19 - do they help?

I have pretty big hands and have no problem with the grip on the Glock 34. With the 19 being "mid" sized, do the grip extensions make it a comparable feel?

i used to have pearce grip extensions for my glock 30. they work fairly well but when i'm speed reloading, my palms sometimes get pinched by the extension.
