    Xdm new resident question

Anyways I been here in CA for over a year, I had owned my XDM for past 3 years in (Arizona) I know I am well over past 60 days to register it as a new handgun owner in CA. My question is will they still process my application if I submit it or ?

    Thanks in advance everyone.

Yes they will still process it. AFAIK (IANAL) the statute of limitations, anyways, is 3 years. But in anycase, my understanding is that no one will be prosecuted for registering their guns after the due date here.

My next question question is on the new resident for there is a question date obtained is that date when it was brought to CA or when I purchased the firearm.

Best guess on "Date Acquired" - it isn't really important, and from out of state there's no way to check.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
