One ad for the city for "Oak, Redding, California" the XDm even states "Buyer must prove Florida residence and agree to bill of sale." man they are lazy these days.

Then you write these A-holes and they give you the same line - send money order or cashier's check to some address in TX. Bottom line, if it's too good to be true, it probably is, and a fool and his money are soon parted.
