Help on night sights please

Does anyone know if this Night Sight will work on a SW1911PD?

I am looking for a good drop in replacement night site. If anyone has any recommendations of something that they know that will work in the SW1911PD then let me know.

Wow, those are really horrible looking.

SW1911's use a proprietary sight cut.

Novak and Heinie both have sights that fit. I would use theirs.

I went to Trijicon's website and it appears as if those are the sights for your gun.
Trijicon products have been bright & reliable for me on my Glocks. That rear sight looks as if it would more easily allow one-handed-racking of the slide by catching on a belt, if ever necessary. Let us know how they work out.

So I ordered the Novak night sight for my gun. It should be a pretty good replacement.
