    Not sure where to post. Can I mail a 15 round magazine to another state?

    I'm selling a 15 round "rebuild kit" and was wondering if I could ship this to another state through the mAil?

      As I understand the insanely deranged CA laws, it is not a magazine, just a pile of parts. Ship away!
