I want to mount my Gen 2 model 17 upper on my Gen 3 model 34 lower. Any issues doing that? Did a search but compatibility charts don't address intergeneration compatibility. Gen 2 frame is two pin vs. Gen 3 frame with 3 pins of my 34.

No problem, the Gen2 slide will fit just fine on the Gen3 Glock 34 frame.
