will XD 40 double stack mags work?

I go shooting out of state a lot, I have family in Nevada and Arizona. So im not planning on breaking the law, just to put everyones mind at ease.

So I recently got a XD40 tactical, I love the gun, I was curious though, if factory 12 and 16 round mags would fit in the gun. Obviously the gun has single stack mags now and the factory mags are double stack, so my question is, will they fit?

now just to clarify, this isn't about the legality of owning the mags, its not about the legality of manufacturing mags (im not going to do), its not about the legality of any of it.

Mags are the same.

My XD 40 is staggered.

The 10 round mags have a dimple in them
