I just picked up a BHP mark 3 and I want to improve the triger feel I already remove the mag disconect but is still a hard pull now I want to replace some of the springs and just polish the sear & hammer
I just don't know which springs to buy
Can anyone let me know what are you running and how it works

With stock springs, the trigger breaks at 5 lbs but is very clean with little take up.

ETA: there is also a C&S hammer, which would improve the trigger feel even more, but my BHP sits in the safe, so I never upgraded the hammer.

I have not used these C&S parts but have some 1911 parts and they are outstanding.

My "Hi-Power" is an Argentine FM-90 and has been "broken" in for my by the Argentine Military and works just great as is.

Production quality of the BHP doesn't seem to always be the best these days. Back to the "bad old days" of the late-80s and early-90s I guess.

Far more likely to be a "parts" problem that a springs problem, although replacing the mainspring (hammer spring) with a reduced-power Wolff spring isn't very hard or very expensive.

What you need to do (or have your gunsmith do) is detail strip the fire control system then inspect for burrs or other roughness. GENTLY polish the surfaces where the parts interface; some of the current production parts are surface-hardened only and it is quite easy to damage them with aggressive stoning. Also inspect and clean the "raceway" for the sear lever. Look for any signs of parts dragging on parts. Lubricate carefully and thoroughly.

If that doesn't solve the problem, you may have an incorrectly cut hammer or sear. Fixing that problem is "well beyond the pay grade" of the typical home gunsmith.

I had an FN BHP I bought about 1990 that had several "soft" parts along with other problems. Never really did get the pistol to a state that I found fully satisfactory and ended-up selling it when I decided my "throw-away" FEG HP was a better made pistol.
