Hey guys and gals. I was going to sell an item out of my collection at the next gun show. Im in NV, so needless to say, we have TONS of the CA folk at the shows, including CA FFLs for transfers.
I have an AK47 pistol by MARS corp, on their US made receiver, that receiver is registered as a pistol, and was built in 1991.
These pistols are rare, less than 100 built, and I happen to have the serial #1 of them.
But what im looking for is affirmation that this should be legal to transfer to a CA person if they choose to buy it, correct?
I cant think of a law that would restrict this. As its not a rifle, no bullet button. Just use a 10rnd mag with it, and its like any other pistol, just happens to be in 7.62x39. I didnt see "MARS Pistol" on the naughty list.
Am i right in my thinking? And thanks for your thoughts!!!
