So far since Monday, I've now heard of 5 shops in the So Cal area that has received in a shipment from Glock with G19's, G26's, G27's, G22's, and G23's. No LGS's got any G17's in, but those came in last month to quite a few of them.

I noticed that the slide finish is also different now, where it looks like they're going back to their roots of doing a nice semi-gloss textured black finish instead of the flat black finish or smooth semi-gloss black finish.

$569 is the "normal" msrp.

When you see them for $500 or $519, the LGS usually has it 'on sale' for that price.

If you really want a Glock 19 right now, IMO the extra $60 is worth it (for some it's not, but for others it's pocket change).

I saw some Glocks at Ammo Bros in Ontario yesterday for @$549. The had a G26's, G19's, and a few 40cals in stock I couldn't believe it. Things are starting to settle down finally.

the 19s are certainly back. martin retting got a few last week. looks like it's time for me call proforce in brea (they never answer the phone, but i'll try) and pick up a 19 using my shiny new guard card - nothing shiny about, it's a piece of paper

i guess it depends where you're from. bunch of places around me (when they get them in stock) have the Gen3 Glock 19s for $529 and $549 that i've seen so far. one place had Gen4 Glock 19s for $579. i'm ok with waiting a bit longer.

honestly, i'm mildly considering trading in or selling my subcompact XD9. think i may have jumped the gun (no pun intended) a little quick on that one.
