    HK P9 - SSE(?)

    Hypothetically, I have an out of state FFL willing to sell me a P9. It is not >50yrs old and not on roster, so I'm stuck with SSE?

      Unless you are a LEO, getting it as gift from father/mom/son/daughter. Yup, SSE which doesn't sound cheap on HK P9.
