MPA defender mini 9 operations question

Don't want to sound like a noob, but even the guys at the shop didn't know how or if it does. So heres the question can you lock back the action on this mac 10 clone? It comes with no manual and for the safety test they had me hold the action back and drop in one round and eject it.

No. Straight simple blow back bolt design
No bolt hold open.

It has a safety Its on The right side of The gun. No Bolt open But The gun was not designed with one. It very accurate for what it is. I can hit a Man side target at 25 yards and keep all of them in a 10 inch group. My Mpa 930 is one of My favorite guns.
