SIG ROSTER GUNS

Is it just me,or does it seem that SIG is letting a lot of their pistols fall of the roster? I wonder if this is Sig's doing or DOJ has been more picky on re-certifing guns?

All you have to do is pay a fee and fill out the form to keep a gun on the roster.

That is true,but I have heard that DOJ examines guns that are being re-certified and if they see changes in the firearm,they may say it is a modified design and therefore is a new model and it needs to be tested. I think that is the current issue with Austrian Glocks vs USA Glocks.

Ya, they let the P226 BTFO fall off, and they are in stock at many online places........but can't have it now.

Can confirm, as I bought one last month. Kinda ugly, but not very noticeable most of the time. Mag disconnect also.

Nothing's changed on most models at Sig. You can still find plenty of the older versions without the new grips (CPO or otherwise).

The question is, should ANY manufacturer have to pay their extortion fee? I say just SSE it. Many would argue that the roster isn't constitutional from the get-go anyhow.

Off the roster. Just like the Springfield EMP 9mm with the wood grips is on the roster but the same gun with the G10 grips is off roster.

Write letters to the governor, boyos. Many of these laws will be expensive for the state to enact and administer and the lawsuits will be costly.
