Firearm Valuation - Could use some help

Recent death in the family and I am trying to put a valuation on the following firearms. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Smith and Wesson Model 59 (Nickel)

- Appears to be unfired, 99% condition.
- Two 15-round magazines





Colt Police Positive .38 Special

- bbl looks very clean, but there is some rust on the grip
- Comes with original box and original box of ammo (ammo is not useable)








Pistolet Francais "Unique" Mod 52 (.22 LR)

- Excellent condition, also appears to be unfired
- Original box with manual and test target

I've been on Gunbroker, it's hard to get a proper valuation. I just found one that is just like the one I have, but I think mine is better condition - thats at $705.
