    ???CZ 75B & SP01 Tactical - Both 9mm???

Kind new with CZs and was wondering are the magazines same for both guns, and will fit and function fine (9mm).Or are they independent to each other?

    Thanks.

They are Interchangeable so either will work in either pistol.
SP 01 mag is Extended beyond the grip and the capacity for 3 more rounds if you live in a free state and the 75b sits flush.

Pro mag are the only ones that sometimes don't function right. Get CZ factory or Mecgar and you are good to go.

Try the CZ store - should be plenty of CZ 10rd mags last I checked!

I have 6 CZ mags that I bought with my first CZ Sp-01 tactical. And 8 mecgar I bought when I got the 75b and newest SP-01. They are interchangeable but I find the Mecgar far superior to the CZ in quality and spring life.

^^^ You dont say, huh! Wonder why that is?I would assume CZ would be above all. I guess I can go wrong either way, will defiantly stay away from ProMags. CZs and MecGar got it!

^^Thanks, never held either. Is it because of the fit and finish? One being a flat, gloss, coating,etc...or is it just the construction of each? Just curious?

BTW just thought of this are the grips the same too and fit each other?

Mecgar's parts, spring, follower, mag base, mag body and finish are a higher quality then the CZ mags. Even though Mecgar makes the mags for CZ, I guess the keep the best parts for their self named mags. I'm sure it's got to do with the contract between the company's. CZ buys the mags cheap and then triple the price.
Mecgar build's a better mag sells it cheaper, but people assume the higher cost CZ branded mags are better.

Mecgar actually makes mags for a bunch of higher end pistol manufacturers all over Europe. So if your European Handgun came with a steel mag there is a really good chance it was made by Mecgar.

BTW I personally never noticed the difference in quality or reliability between Mecgar and CZ branded mags. They both work perfectly fine.
