Need help with purchase

I recently purchased a CZ 97b (black) from an online dealer, I did check the DOJ gun roster list before my purchase to insure the gun was legal here in Calif. What my FFL dealer received was a CZ97 B (black) but it was the glossy blue finish which they call black which is not on the list. It's a beautiful looking gun and I would have prefered this finish than the black polycoat, but is there a way that this purchase can go through as the FFL dealer will not turn over this gun as it is not on the list.
