    RIA 2011 Tactical sight help!

To all the tinkering 1911 gurus here, can you help me figure out my sight issues? My front sight was bend when i first received the gun, just so I can get it out to the range I used pliers to straighten the front sight.
When I first took this pistol to the range, it was dead on at 50ft. At least that's what I remember. I then fully disassemble the gun for cleaning and blurring of some sharp parts. Last time I took the pistol out, it was shooting to the left. At 50 ft about 3-4 inches or so. I got 1" groups but they were always 3-4 inches to the left. I zero'ed the pistol using rear sights adjusting the windage until I was dead on. Now looking at my gun, the rear sights is about 1mm off center to the right. Is that normal for a 1911 pistol? Could I have moved the front sight somewhere during tinkering even though i did not touch it? Could I have put the pistol back wrong, causing some misalignment somewhere? I have a new Dawson Precision front sight which I want to install, but wanted to ask you guys see if there are other issues that I might be missing. The oem front sight looks to be center, maybe a touch off, but it's hard to tell without calibers.

Some pics would help to start... Another note the RIA has lifetime warranty as long as you don't start doing your own gunsmithing. Back to your sights , you sure you didn't bang it or drop it on something?

Are you new to the .45 caliber? Maybe you've picked up bad habits since that first outing. The first handgun I ever bought, my 92FS, I was accurate with the first time out. But the second time out with it I developed a bad flinch that threw my shots low and to the left. Now, I have to actively suppress the tendency to move the gun as I'm pulling the trigger...

I don't always save the world, but when I do, it's in 24 hours or less...

I don't think so, I been shooting for a long time and had a second shooter with me. We walked the target out to 50 feet gradually. Pretty sure the zero was off.
