I just received a magazine I purchased from Ebay. It was for my XD9 and it seemed like a good deal since I won it for around 16 bucks (20 w/ shipping). It turns out this thing is a POS. The base plate looks like it came off a toy from the 99 cent store and it will onlyl eject from the pistol when you use the left side mag release. What a waste! If I knew it was going to be total crap, I would have bought some pro mag magazines from the vallejo gun show I was just at. Avoid the Ebay seller "bayonetman." The bastard even had the nerve to leave a negative feedback for me. When I get a chance I'll take a pic. What a waste of time and money.

And you would probably be just as disappointed. Why not pony up the cash for the real deal (OEM Factory) one time instead of buying pure fecal matter numerous times?Originally posted by asintadoIf I knew it was going to be total crap, I would have bought some pro mag magazines from the vallejo gun show. -
This must have been your item:
Yeah, he DID leave you negative feedback, but you left him negative feedback first, it appears.
Why didn't you try to contact the seller first before neg'ing him? He's a power seller, so I would figure that he'd try to make right if you gave him a chance. Instead, you neg'ed him first. No reason to help you after the damage was done.

Problem is the seller is "bayonetman1" -- and yes, he did leave neg feedback for the buyer of the mag in question. I checked.Originally posted by jessegpresleyPro Mags are pieces of crap.
I'm a bit confused. I looked at the feedback the seller has left, and he hasn't left a negative feedback since 2003.

Trust me fellas. If you saw what I recieved in the mail, you would have been disgusted. The feeling I got was like I bought decent tickets to a basketball game in the lower level and then being moved up to the upper level once I got there. I understand people are trying to run their business but this is taking it to an all time low.Comment

It's really uncool to not give someone a chance to make it right. I do understand you were dissapointed. I have recieved a few bad things from Ebay auctions but the seller was always willing to make it right sometimes giving me the item and a full refund. Only once a seller took my money and closed his account, but Paypal just sent me back my $300.00.
Your feedback exchange looks like this:
NEG= Recieved Item, low quality mag, gets stuck in gun, different from picture
Buyer h0ndafreakbdk ( 22) Apr-06-06 13:36 7229365543
Reply by bayonetman1: you could have contacted me Apr-06-06 18:48
Follow-up by h0ndafreakbdk: Screw you, your item sucks, I didn't know it would be ****, what an ***H0LE!
The seller even said "you could have contacted me". Just negging someone without giving them a chance is like calling the cops on your neighbors party without talking to them first and giving them a chance to turn down the music.
And
Do you really feel justified with that follow up comment?
With 22 feedbacks you have not even been around the Ebay block (I have 574 all pos). You are the one that prevented the possibility of a positive outcome by just negging him without contacting him first. You are the victim of yourself. You also seem unable to own up to your own creation. You will achieve better results if you behave like a responsible adult and attempt a resolution through mature communication. Attacking a sellers reputation as the first move is not a winning strategy.Last edited by avidone; 04-07-2006, 3:15 AM.Originally posted by ViPER395Surrender yourself and your vessel..........Resistance is futile, you will be assimilated.

Dude - considering that the guy selling the mag was located in El Cajon, CA, if that is indeed a full capacity magazine, he just committed a felony by selling it to you in the first place (never mind you may have committed one in buying it, even though the ad did say it was 10rds). Doesn't matter if it's garbage or not, if it's indeed a 16rd mag.Originally posted by asintadoOh well, I guess I have to just eat the $20 bucks. At least the mag hold 16 rounds....did I just say that?!?!
