is this pistol legal to acquire in calif?..theres a guy back east selling one and i wonder if i can buy it as i would have to have it shipped here..thanks

Got mine last year at RifleGear.
You need to have it brought in and do an SSE
(single shot exemption). Wait 10 days, take possession, walk out the door, come back in and have them remove SSE parts.
