    Good Trade?

    Look what came home to papa...



    Nickel plated Sig P266 and my 6" 586-2 S&W. I'm so giddy. I traded a bunch of stuff to get these two back. Kel-tec .40 P11, 20" 5.56 complete barrel, M16 Bolt carrier and $300.00.

      The nickel 226 is sweet. Saw one at Oak Tree yesterday. Too bad they didn't have it in stock when I bought my 226 two weeks ago.

              It was hard to pass up the Sig...came with two original and one after market 15 round re-build mags.

                                  I have a 228 two tone, over 20 years old. my 686 6", also over 20 years old, went to my dad in exchange for his 70 series. both those two you got are awesome firearms. I know how happy you must feel. you got the far better side of that trade.

                                  I've been tempted to get my dad a GP100 and trade back for the 686. he needs a PD piece, I need the 686 he hardly ever shoots it, only to keep in enough practice. I'd do more than that for sure!!

                                      My first handgun I bought when I turned 21 was the 686. Gave to my Dad and he sold it to my BIL in Colorado. Now I need to find a way to get that one back.
