Yes.
PPT is exempt from the Roster.
BTW "A Legal question' is a really vague title - could mean anything.
'Legal to purchase off-Roster gun PPT?' would have easily fit, and actually been useful for the next person to find.ARCHIVED Calguns Foundation Wiki here: http://web.archive.org/web/201908310...itle=Main_Page

'Stickies' are posts that remain at the top of a forum when first you open it.
Usually, a thread is listed in order of 'most recently upated'; depending on the activity in the forum, a thread might be in the first 50 posts - the biggest number Calguns supports for a 'page' - for only an hour. (In the sales forums, might be just a few minutes - that's the origin of 'bump' or 'BTT' (Back To Top) posts.)
In this case, no sticky answers the question.
But the Calguns Foundation Wiki does. See http://wiki.calgunsfoundation.org/index.php/Main_PageARCHIVED Calguns Foundation Wiki here: http://web.archive.org/web/201908310...itle=Main_Page
