I have a Supertuck for my XD40 service model. According to the Crossbreed page, that holster is good for all XD variants except subcompacts. However, when I put my XD40SC in there, it fits fine and seems like it would work just fine too. Anyone know what the actual difference, if any, between the two holsters is?

Difference in Crossbreed Supertuck Holsters

I have a Supertuck Shorty for my XD40SC which is a model not listed on the site anymore. However they have an option for the Service model-all variants, and one for the subcompacts-all variants. It seems as if the one that is "for subcompacts" has just a smaller leather backing as for less excess leather (which makes sense). -
I appreciate the reply. I was thinking that a smaller backing may have been it, based on what I've been able to see on the website.
